Weekend Away

We are going on a Church Weekend and we want everybody who's part of St. Dionis to come. There's a place for you.

This is why - The church calendar works on a week-by-week basis. We gather every week and we form practices and habits. We practice our faith together as we gather as church. But there are some festival times that we gather in joy to celebrate Christmas, Easter and Pentecost. Those days in the church year are called Holy days, festival days, holidays.

These days, on our Church Weekend Away from the 6th-8th of November, are our holy holidays. This is a festival of being St Dionis together. We'll discover what it means for us to be a church together, what are our commitments and we celebrate God's goodness.

Please, please, please, if you count yourself to be part of this church, or you want to count yourself to be part of this church, please come. And if you'd like to come, but you can't come because of any financial problems that there are, please, please, please know that everybody must come. We will make sure that money is no barrier to people being able to come. Sign up as soon as you can and do everything you can to be with us together from the 6th-8th of November for some wonderful holy days.
