Who are the speakers?
We are delighted that Amy Orr-Ewing will be joining us for the Saturday. We will also continue to have the wealth of knowledge from our Clergy!
What is covered in the cost of my ticket?
The ticket cost includes a weekend stay at the De Vere Beaumont Estate, all meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunch, tea, coffee and soft drinks on demand, ministry activities, social activities, evening entertainment and all the main sessions.
What facilities are there at the venue?
The hotel facilities include a fully equipped pool and gym, tennis courts, an outdoor play area and 40 acres of parkland grounds. All these are free to use though please note that children will need supervision in certain areas. We will also have additional activities available during the Saturday afternoon 'free time' slot. Watch this space as they are revealed!
In addition to our conference centre and the restaurant, there is also a bar and lounge to use in the evenings/free time.
Free, superfast Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and up to 100m within the grounds.
What are the room arrangements?
Standard rooms at the Beaumont Estate, are either a double (for married couples) or twin (for everyone else) hotel room. All rooms are inclusive of a tea/coffee point, towels, hair dryer, safe, iron and ironing board and en-suite bathroom.

There are also family rooms available. Please see the options for the family rooms below:
Family room option 1: Double bed with an extra bed suitable for one child under 12. A cot can be added to this room at your own discretion and this will need to be brought with you.
Family room option 2: Double bed with a double sofa bed suitable for two children under 12. A cot can be added to this room at your own discretion and this will need to be brought with you.
How can I travel to the venue?
The hotel is so easy to get to and from London! Below are the three ways to arrive at the venue. NB: St Dionis does not organise transport to and from the venue so please make your own way.
Egham (EGH) station is just 3 miles from the hotel, with connections to London Waterloo and Reading. Windsor & Eton Riverside (WNR) station and Windsor & Eton Central (WNC) station are also nearby.
De Vere Beaumont Estate is easily accessible from the M3, M4, and M25. Use the following navigation coordinates (51.449394, -0.575441) and postcode (SL4 2JJ) to find the hotel. Parking is free for all guests.
The nearest airport is Heathrow Airport, which is 6 miles away, or 15 minutes by car. De Vere Beaumont Estate can easily be accessed to and from Heathrow by bus, car, or taxi.
What free time will I get across the weekend?
The weekend will include planned times for relaxing and socialising including entertainment on Saturday evening. A range of activities will also be available on Saturday afternoon but everything will be optional. Here is a Local guide to some activities near the hotel! We will also be revealing some options as the weekend draws closer.
Is it possible to know the schedule in advance?
The schedule will be sent to you at a later date but arrival and end times are explained in the booking section on the previous page.
What time do we need to be there on the Friday?
Check-in is available from 3pm onwards on Friday afternoon (Friday 26 January). The venue has been chosen to minimise travelling time from London so that people won’t need to arrive too late after work. A buffet supper will run from 6.30 - 8pm with the first evening session starting straight after this.
Does the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes, when you book on the weekend you will be asked to let us know any specific dietary requirements and we will pass these on to the hotel Chef and their team.
What time will it finish on Sunday?
The weekend will end with a family service on the Sunday followed by a buffet lunch running from 1 - 2.30pm then pack down and departure.
What children and youth provision is there?
Hannah and her fantastic team will be running a kids programme across the weekend. There will be more details to follow very soon!
