Here at St Dionis Church we are a diverse community gathered by, with and for Jesus for the sake of those in SW6, Parsons Green and surrounding areas. Our current vacancies are listed below.

Youth Missioner & Minister

Youth Missioner and Minister (21 hours a week, 3 year fixed term contract)
£30,000-£35,000 (pro-rata)

At St Dionis we are committed to encouraging and enabling all to hear and respond to Jesus as he calls out to each of us, ‘Follow me.’ We have made this a particular priority and commitment among children and young people. Reaching and forming young people as joyful and radical followers of Jesus is at the heart of this calling. We are compelled to take with great seriousness and hope our responsibilities to our existing church young people, and not to pass by the opportunities which our parish and locality present us with in proclaiming the good news and witnessing amongst young people. That is to minister to our own young people and to reach out in mission to all others!

This role inhabits and enables that commitment. The Minister and Missioner with Young People (with a particular emphasis on those in school years 6-13) plays a key part in developing this vital area of church life, working closely with the Associate Vicar, Tom (responsible for Children and Young People) to nurture faith, build community, and extend our mission to young people across the parish.
