Worship Pastor - Full time or Part time

St Dionis is looking to recruit a member of staff to collaborate with the Vicar to oversee and develop the worship life of the church. The role will initially involve dedicating 70% of time to worship-related responsibilities and 30% to other negotiable duties, with potential greater weighting to the worship-related elements over time. We are open to considering applicants seeking part-time engagement (minimum 26 hours per week, including Sundays), so please specify your preference in your application.

For additional details, please refer to the comprehensive Job & Person Specification provided below. To learn more or for an informal discussion about the role, please reach out to Revd Tim Stilwell at tim@stdionis.org.uk.

Interested candidates should submit a CV and cover letter to tim@stdionis.org.uk. Your cover letter should delve into your faith journey, how you've nurtured your relationship with God, why you are drawn to this role, and the relevant knowledge, skills, and experience you would bring to it (referencing the “person specification” details in the job description).

Please be aware that all applicants must have the right to remain and work in the UK, and we are unable to sponsor applicants for this post. Early applications are encouraged, as interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, potentially leading to an offer before the closing date. Therefore, the availability of this role is not guaranteed as we progress with interviews.

While the start date is negotiable, a start date as soon as possible is preferred.
